Designed to meet the precision transmission and support needs of drive modules for humanoid robots and AGV mobile platforms, this series includes cylindrical housings with flange mounting surfaces, internal bearing seat structures, and multi-specification toothed timing pulleys. As a key carrier for core power transmission units, the design focuses on protecting internal precision gears and motors via a high-rigidity cavity, while utilizing external flange surfaces for secure connection to robotic arms or chassis.
The machining process prioritizes coaxiality control for rotational parts and deformation suppression for thin-walled features. For the complex internal cavities and lateral irregular cuts shown, four-axis linkage machining centers are used for single-setup multi-face machining. This ensures strict positional accuracy of mounting holes relative to the central axis. For timing pulleys with fine teeth, tooth profile accuracy and uniform indexing are guaranteed to prevent meshing noise and wear during high-speed operation.
Leveraging our Changzhou factory's expertise in non-standard automation, we utilize multiple Shenyang Zhongjie and Tuobang four-axis/five-axis machining centers, supplemented by high-precision CNC cylindrical and surface grinders. This setup effectively handles difficult cutting and finishing of aluminum and alloy steel materials. From raw material cutting and stress-relief heat treatment to final surface finishing, we support custom manufacturing based on drawings and small-batch, multi-variety delivery. This is particularly suitable for robot core component projects with strict requirements for dimensional stability and appearance consistency.
