The core of the processing lies in controlling the consistency of springback after progressive die stamping, focusing on guaranteeing the dimensional tolerance of the U-shaped slot opening and the relative positional accuracy of lateral mounting holes to prevent assembly interference that could cause mechanism jamming. The part surface is typically electro-galvanized or silver-plated, requiring strict control over coating thickness uniformity and adhesion to meet anti-corrosion requirements under long-term current-carrying conditions and electrical insulation distance standards.
