Metal Mounting Brackets for Motor Pumps and Valves

Designed for the assembly of canned motor pumps, micro-motors, and fluid control equipment, we provide a complete set of hardware components including triangular irregular flanges, circular end caps, and mounting brackets. These structures are primarily used for sealing and fixing pipe interfaces or for axial positioning of rotor components. Strict coaxiality between the central hole and peripheral features is maintained to ensure dynamic balance during operation and reliable sealing at connection points.

The manufacturing process focuses on dimensional stability of irregular contours and flatness control of mating surfaces. For the brass triangular flange, slow-feed wire EDM is used to machine precision inner holes and outer edge steps, combined with precision machining to ensure thread hole accuracy. For other discs and brackets made of stainless steel or carbon steel, stamping and stretching forming followed by finishing processes ensure flat, burr-free end faces, effectively preventing leakage or vibration caused by uneven assembly gaps.

Supported by IATF16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, our production covers the entire process from material selection and mold development to final delivery. Equipped with Sodick slow-feed wire EDM machines, precision surface grinders, and multiple high-speed punch presses, we flexibly handle custom non-standard requirements for high-mix, low-volume production. Quotations and lead times are evaluated based on specific material grades (e.g., brass, stainless steel 304/316), surface treatment requirements (e.g., electroplating, passivation, or anodizing), and drawing tolerance levels.
