This metal structural component features an elongated body with lateral bent mounting positions, presenting a uniform silver-gray matte finish. It is commonly used for supporting, positioning, or connecting internal components in electronic devices. One end is equipped with a cantilever snap-fit structure featuring counterbored holes, while the other end retains a mounting plane for screw fastening. The overall stable three-dimensional frame is formed through multiple bending processes, balancing compact assembly space with structural rigidity.

During the forming of such irregular brackets, precise control of the bending springback coefficient and the positional tolerance of key holes is essential to ensure accurate alignment with PCBs or chassis housings. To mitigate deformation risks in the side cantilever structure, die clearance is optimized and combined with precision straightening processes to guarantee dimensional consistency of the snap-fit areas. For applications in high-salt-fog environments, surface treatments such as zinc plating, nickel plating, or passivation are typically applied to enhance corrosion resistance.
