Founded in May 2009, Suzhou Huachun Precision Electronics Co., Ltd is located in Wujiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. We are a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, design and production of precision hardware molds, as well as processing of precision stamping parts. Our products are widely applied to home appliances, computers, communication equipment, automobiles and other industries. We employ nearly 50 professional technicians, supported by an experienced team of designers, engineers and managers with 5 to 15 years of industry experience. To accommodate business expansion, our factory relocated to Wujiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone in August 2020. At present, our daily production capacity exceeds 100,000 pieces, enabling large-volume and efficient production and on-time delivery. Our factory is equipped with a full range of advanced production and testing equipment, including stamping machines from Taiwan Jinfeng and Zhenli, DEYUNG CNC machining centers, Sodick wire EDM machines, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines and cam machines. We are also equipped with complete measuring equipment such as 2.5D & 3D image measuring instruments, hardness testers, salt spray testers and XRF spectrometers, with the machining accuracy up to 0.01mm to ensure reliable product quality. Our complete production procedures include stamping, high-speed stamping, hydrocarbon cleaning, spraying, laser engraving, baking, full inspection and packaging. We also have dust-free workshops to meet the production requirements of high-end electronic products. The company has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification.
