The manufacturing process strictly controls the cutting precision of irregular core contours and the clearance of moving parts to prevent uneven wear or chipping during high-speed reciprocating motion. To address heat treatment deformation in high-hardness mold steels, the factory utilizes Sodick slow wire EDM equipment to process micro-steps and deep narrow slots, combined with precision surface grinding to ensure the flatness of installation reference surfaces. Key dimensions, such as the coaxiality of guide pillar holes and cavity position tolerance, are rigorously verified using Hexagon CMMs to ensure operational stability after assembly.
