For machining high-hardness mold steels (such as SKD11 and DC53), the core focus is on controlling the cutting precision of irregular contours and the positional tolerance of deep holes and stepped surfaces. Our factory employs Sodick slow-feed wire EDM equipment to handle micro-features and complex steps, combined with precision surface grinding to ensure the flatness of installation reference surfaces. Key dimensions, such as the coaxiality of guide pillar holes and cavity position, are strictly verified using Hexagon CMMs to ensure operational stability after assembly.
