Precision Progressive Stamping Die Base

This die assembly features a multi-layered stacked structure equipped with high-precision guiding and positioning mechanisms, providing a stable forming reference for hardware stamping processes. Its core feature lies in the die insert area, which reserves complex cavity interfaces and mounting positions for moving parts. Combined with the surrounding guide post hole system, it ensures micron-level alignment between the upper and lower dies during continuous or single-stage stamping operations, thereby guaranteeing the punching precision and section quality of metal parts.

For machining such high-hardness mold steel components, the focus is on the cutting precision of irregular contours and the positional control of deep holes and stepped surfaces. The factory is equipped with Sodick and CHMER brand slow wire EDM machines, combined with precision machining centers and KENT surface grinders. This setup effectively addresses deformation compensation after heat treatment, ensuring that all mating surfaces meet design clearance standards, reducing assembly wear, and extending die service life.
