As the core forming unit of multi-station progressive dies, these elongated inserts achieve efficient punching, bending, or stretching of metal sheets through precise cutting edge arrangement and positioning structures. The images display punch and die components for various process stations, some featuring slender cantilevers or dense toothed structures, designed to meet the complex cross-section processing needs of motor stator cores, electronic connector terminals, and precision hardware parts.

The machining focus for such parts lies in maintaining the rigidity of slender cantilever structures and the dimensional stability of micro-features. Controlling heat treatment deformation is crucial for high-hardness mold steels (such as SKD11 and DC53). Our factory utilizes Sodick slow wire EDM equipment to process irregular contours and deep narrow slots, ensuring that cutting edge perpendicularity and fit clearance meet micron-level standards.
