As a key transmission component for the welding robot's end-effector, this J5 axis housing connects and supports the wrist joint movement. Its structure integrates a flange mounting surface with an internal bearing cavity, designed to maintain strict coaxiality while sustaining high load torques, ensuring positioning accuracy and operational stability under complex working conditions.
The main body is formed using metal casting processes to achieve complex irregular contours and ensure overall rigidity. The square opening at the top and side interfaces undergo precision machining, with strict control over flatness and positional tolerances. The central rotating section's spigot and threaded hole patterns require high consistency in multi-process clamping to eliminate cumulative errors and guarantee post-assembly concentricity.
