A rectangular metal enclosure featuring a dense array of heat dissipation fins, commonly used in electronic devices or power modules requiring efficient thermal management. The main body is formed using aluminum alloy cold chamber die-casting, ensuring the integrity and root strength of complex fin shapes. The bottom surface features several raised mounting bosses and counterbored holes for securing PCBs or other functional components. Strict tolerances are maintained for mounting surface flatness and hole spacing to ensure tight fit during assembly. Reinforcing ribs on the side walls enhance overall rigidity and prevent deformation during transportation or use.
