At release we lock agreed diameter tolerances and fit class and maintain them through the run. You can share a spec package when dimensions and thread details are fully frozen. Our Ningbo production plant is ISO 9001–certified and carries out CNC milling and turning operations. Each barrel sleeve nut can be set up to the required diameter tolerance, fit class, and thread standard. Where a drawing or sample exists, production is aligned to those checked dimensions before tools are cut. The production site covers in excess of 4,000 m². Output serves bicycle, fasteners, and furniture buyers. Pricing and schedule depend on thread standard, finish requirement, and inspection depth.
