Chassis Enclosure

A protective structure designed to house internal electronic modules or control units, featuring a slanted front panel and large array ventilation holes on the sides and bottom. This design is commonly used for power converters, small controllers, or test equipment, balancing thermal management needs with an industrial aesthetic.

The manufacturing process involves multi-face CNC milling, requiring strict control over side wall perpendicularity and mounting surface flatness to ensure tight component fit. For the dense mesh areas shown, tool paths are optimized to prevent edge burrs. The overall black matte finish is typically achieved through sandblasting combined with anodizing or powder coating, providing wear and corrosion resistance.

Leveraging our gantry machining centers and vertical CNC equipment clusters, we efficiently handle roughing and finishing operations for such box-type parts, ensuring dimensional consistency in mass production. Equipped with CMMs and other inspection tools, we perform full inspections on key dimensions and hole position tolerances. We support non-standard customization based on 2D/3D drawings, allowing adjustments to material specifications (e.g., aluminum alloy, stainless steel) and surface treatments according to actual operating conditions.
