As core rotating components for fluid transport, cooling ventilation, and power transmission systems, these impellers and connecting flanges are formed through precision CNC machining. The images display various part configurations, including centrifugal fan wheels with complex curved blades, drive flanges featuring central locating holes and mounting spigots, and circular end caps for structural connections.

These parts have strict requirements for dynamic balance performance and assembly precision. Blade structures require tight control over the profile accuracy and surface finish of flow channels to reduce operating noise and enhance aerodynamic efficiency. Flange parts must ensure coaxality between the outer diameter and inner bore, flatness of the end face, and positional accuracy of bolt hole patterns to guarantee stability during high-speed rotation. For thin-walled or overhanging structures, we utilize vertical machining centers and drilling/tapping centers for multi-setup operations, effectively controlling deformation risks during material removal.
