Custom Precision Flange and Shaft Sleeve Assembly

This metal transmission and connection assembly includes circular flanges, keyed shaft sleeves, and locating rings in various specifications, featuring a uniform metallic finish. These components typically serve as transition connectors or support bases for rotating mechanisms. They achieve coaxial transmission through the fit between the center hole and the outer diameter, while peripheral mounting holes are used to secure loads or lock with other mechanical parts.

For the disc-shaped structures shown, machining focuses on ensuring the coaxiality between the outer diameter and inner bore, as well as the positional tolerance of multiple holes on the flange face. For parts with stepped surfaces and counterbores, strict control over depth dimensions and flatness at each level is required to ensure tight fitting during assembly. For shaft-type parts with long keyways, attention is paid to keyway width tolerance and side verticality to prevent loosening or jamming during transmission.

Equipped with multiple vertical machining centers and high-precision CNC lathes, our factory efficiently performs turn-mill composite machining for such rotational parts, ensuring dimensional consistency in mass production. Combined with full inspection of key mating dimensions using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we effectively control geometric tolerances.
