Designed as a structural connector for non-standard automation systems, this part is formed via integral milling. It features a vertical support plate, a central hollowed connecting arm, and a multi-directional mounting base at the bottom, making it ideal for mechanical module assembly in compact spaces.

The core challenge in machining such complex structural parts lies in controlling geometric tolerances across multiple clamping setups, particularly the orthogonality between the vertical plate and the bottom base, as well as the positional accuracy of the central slot holes relative to the side threaded holes. Due to overhanging structures and local thin-walled areas, reasonable fixture design and optimized cutting parameters are employed to suppress machining stress deformation, ensuring the flatness of all mating surfaces meets precision assembly requirements.
