Featuring two vertically oriented internal threaded ports on the top surface and multiple rows of precisely arranged through-holes and counterbored holes on the sides, this component presents a structured rectangular block layout. It typically serves as a mounting base for fluid distribution modules, pneumatic control units, or sensor arrays. The top threaded ports allow for direct screw-in connections of pipelines or actuators, while the multi-hole design on the sides facilitates multi-directional fixing or cable management in compact spaces.

The core manufacturing challenge for such parts, which integrate threaded features with dense hole patterns, lies in ensuring the perpendicularity of the top threaded hole axes relative to the bottom surface, as well as the positional tolerance of the side mounting holes. Given the significant material removal and multi-feature milling involved, we separate roughing and finishing processes and utilize specialized fixtures to eliminate micro-deformations caused by internal stress. This ensures that the flatness of all mating surfaces meets precise assembly requirements. In particular, the integrity of the thread profile and proper chamfering/deburring directly impact the locking effectiveness and sealing performance of subsequent assemblies.

Supported by an ISO 9001 quality management system, our factory is equipped with high-precision vertical machining centers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM), enabling stable micron-level control over hole positioning and flatness inspection. For these high-mix, low-volume non-standard structural parts, we conduct process evaluations based on customer-provided 3D models and 2D drawings. We offer one-stop delivery services ranging from material selection (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) to precision milling, tapping, and post-processing treatments such as sandblasting and electroplating, ensuring consistent appearance and interchangeability across batches.
