About Dual-Post Frame Support Bracket

The base features mounting slots for flexible installation, while two vertical posts are connected by a horizontal link at the top, forming an open dual-post frame structure. This layout is commonly used in non-standard automation equipment as a fixed carrier for sensors, cylinders, or linear modules. The vertical posts provide Z-axis extension space, and the hollowed-out base design facilitates cable management and clearance within compact enclosures.

The core manufacturing challenge for this slender cantilever structure lies in controlling the perpendicularity of the two posts relative to the base, as well as the positional accuracy of the horizontal connections. Due to the length and thin cross-section of the posts, slight deformation can occur during cutting or bending. We employ reasonable fixture constraints and stress-relief treatments to ensure the overall frame's parallelism and flatness meet precision assembly requirements. The positional tolerance of the slots on the base directly determines the adjustment range and locking stability on the mounting surface.
