The manufacturing process strictly controls the flatness of large surface areas and the perpendicularity of hole patterns to ensure tight, interference-free fitment with mating parts during assembly. Given the presence of multiple internal cavities and thin-walled sections, toolpaths are optimized to eliminate deformation risks caused by machining stress. Additionally, uniform chamfering and deburring are applied to prevent sharp edges from damaging cables or affecting subsequent surface treatment quality.
