Square Flange Threaded Pipe Fitting

Designed as a transition connection component for fluid piping or mechanical transmission systems, this part features an integrated structure with a central cylinder and an extended square flange. The top cylindrical section has precision external threads for pipe docking or screw-in fixation. The bottom square base includes elongated and rectangular cutouts on the sides, which reduce overall weight and facilitate bolt tightening and position fine-tuning in confined spaces. It is ideal for assembly scenarios requiring stable support with some adjustment margin.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the perpendicularity between the rotary body and the square base, as well as the coaxiality between the central inner hole and the external threads, ensuring sealing performance and uniform stress distribution after assembly. For the irregular window structures on the side walls, CNC milling or wire cutting is typically used after turning the main body to ensure edge smoothness and dimensional consistency. If thin-walled thread structures are involved, cutting parameters are optimized to suppress deformation risks and meet strict tolerance requirements.
