About Copper Alloy Multi-Step Precision Bushing

As a critical transition component in mechanical transmission systems, this series is primarily used to achieve rigid connection and positioning between rotating shafts and actuators. The structure includes cylindrical sleeves with lateral locking threads, irregular joints with flanged lugs, and stepped copper bushings, designed to fit compact installation spaces within various equipment.

These parts have strict requirements for coaxiality and surface finish of mating surfaces. In particular, the dimensional tolerances of inner bores and outer diameters must be controlled at the micron level to ensure smooth assembly. For features such as stepped shafts, eccentric holes, and side tapping shown in the images, high-precision turning or turn-mill composite processes are employed to ensure one-time clamping formation. This avoids cumulative errors from multiple setups while meeting inspection standards for thread fullness and mounting surface perpendicularity.
