These parts combine complex snap-fit structures with metal inserts to achieve secure cable connections, current transmission, and signal switching functions, commonly found in door control modules, battery management systems, or external lighting circuits.

The core of manufacturing these products lies in high-precision mold development and injection molding process control. For terminal bases with copper alloy or steel inserts, it is essential to ensure the positioning accuracy of the inserts during the injection molding process to prevent flash overflow from affecting electrical contact. For thin-walled housings and micro snap-fit structures, shrinkage rate and flatness are strictly controlled to ensure that sealing performance and insertion/extraction forces meet standards after assembly. Some black components may use engineering plastics with excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy (such as PBT, PA66) or thermosetting materials (DMC/BMC) to withstand harsh thermal shock environments.
