The interior incorporates dense reinforcing ribs and positioning posts to support PCBs and enhance overall structural rigidity. The external profile includes multiple precision screw holes and sealing surfaces, demanding high molding accuracy. Core processing focuses on controlling the relative positional tolerance of mounting holes and the flatness of mating surfaces to ensure airtightness and anti-interference capabilities after assembly, preventing seal failure or reduced electromagnetic shielding performance due to dimensional deviations.
