The top features an arched handle and an array of elongated heat dissipation slots, facilitating easy handling while optimizing internal convection efficiency. The side walls and bottom incorporate regularly arranged vertical louvers, providing extensive ventilation to prevent foreign objects from entering the internal circuit area.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the flatness of large panel areas and the consistency of bending angles to ensure smooth, distortion-free assembly lines. For dense heat dissipation holes, edges are kept smooth and burr-free to prevent cable damage and ensure a premium assembly feel. The surface typically undergoes eco-friendly powder coating, delivering a fine matte texture with excellent scratch resistance, meeting the stringent aesthetic and weatherability standards of the appliance industry.
