Laboratory Sink Cabinet Assembly

As a fundamental functional unit in scientific research environments, the integrated sink cabinet primarily provides space for cleaning, waste liquid collection, and reagent storage. The overall structure consists of an upper corrosion-resistant countertop, a middle support cabinet, and a base. It is equipped with a high-arc gooseneck faucet and dual-purpose eye wash/rinse interfaces to meet the complex needs for fluid control and emergency safety in laboratories.

The manufacturing process includes sheet metal bending, welding assembly, and surface anti-corrosion treatment. Key focuses include ensuring the verticality of the cabinet frame and the uniformity of door panel gaps, as well as securing the connection strength between the countertop and the cabinet to withstand long-term loads. Surface treatment typically employs chemical-resistant powder coating or baking paint to adapt to acidic and alkaline environments. Internal piping layouts reserve maintenance access, and strict dimensional control is applied to faucet installation holes to prevent leakage.
