The manufacturing process includes laser cutting, CNC bending, and skeleton welding assembly. Equipped with Yaxingda laser cutting machines and Amada servo bending machines, we guarantee cutting precision and consistent bending angles. Combined with Lixing laser welding technology, we ensure weld strength and a smooth finish, effectively reducing subsequent grinding and correction time.
