Serving as the main frame for high/low-temperature humidity test chambers or walk-in environmental rooms, this component supports internal air duct systems and thermal control loads. It is engineered to prevent deformation and leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction during long-term thermal cycling.

The manufacturing process includes laser cutting, CNC bending, and skeleton welding assembly. Key challenges involve maintaining the flatness of large-sized sheets and ensuring dimensional accuracy for observation window installations. Equipped with Yaxingda laser cutting machines and Amada servo bending machines, we guarantee cutting precision and consistent bending angles. Combined with Lixing laser welding technology, we ensure weld strength and a smooth finish, effectively reducing subsequent grinding and correction time.

Surfaces are typically powder-coated to enhance corrosion and weather resistance, meeting the demands of long-term industrial use.
