This vertical double-layer cabinet is specifically designed for environmental simulation and testing scenarios. The upper section features an operation panel area with an observation window, while the lower section provides enclosed storage space. The entire structure is supported by a modular frame that houses the internal temperature control and air duct systems. This design maintains box sealing while ensuring uniform door frame gaps to withstand thermal expansion and contraction stresses caused by temperature and humidity cycles.

The manufacturing process includes laser cutting, CNC bending, and multi-station welding assembly. Key focuses are controlling the perpendicularity of large flat surfaces and framework rigidity to prevent deformation from long-term loads or temperature changes. The surface undergoes powder coating or plastic spraying for corrosion resistance, enhancing weatherability and ensuring aesthetic consistency. Internal mounting holes are预留 (reserved) for the integrated layout of electrical components and sensors.
