These parts are commonly used as fixed brackets inside power modules, control units, or chassis. Flexible multi-directional assembly is achieved through countersunk holes and slot holes on the periphery, while bent side edges enhance overall rigidity, ensuring connection stability in vibrating environments.

The manufacturing process strictly controls burr height and edge flatness in the perforated areas to prevent sharp edges from damaging cables or affecting fitment gaps. For the thin-walled bending structures shown, unfolded dimensions and bending angle tolerances are tightly controlled to ensure hole alignment during subsequent assembly. In areas with dense mesh patterns, nesting and punching sequences are optimized to prevent sheet warping during material removal, ensuring flatness meets assembly requirements.
