Red Injection Molded Valve Seat Assembly

As a core sealing node in fluid control systems, this component is manufactured via integrated thermoplastic injection molding. It features a hemispherical push cap and a hexagonal locking flange on the top, with an external threaded interface and rectangular positioning slot integrated at the bottom. Its compact structure makes it ideal for valve bases in agricultural spraying equipment, chemical pipelines, or pneumatic components, enabling rapid pipe connection and media shut-off through screw-in installation.

These injection-molded parts with multiple mating features require strict control over coaxiality and sealing surface finish. Priority is given to aligning the center of the top spherical surface with the bottom threads to prevent assembly misalignment and leakage. The dimensional stability of the hexagonal flange directly determines torque transmission efficiency, while the bottom rectangular slot must maintain sharp, burr-free edges to ensure precise engagement with drive mechanisms or limiters, preventing slippage.

Leveraging vertical and horizontal injection molding machines, along with slow-wire EDM and mirror-finish EDM equipment, we develop high-precision mold cavities that effectively eliminate weld lines and ensure superior surface quality. Our production process adheres to strict quality control standards. Using 2D video measuring instruments and CCD automatic inspection equipment, we perform 100% inspection of thread pitch diameters, flange across-flat distances, and key geometric tolerances, meeting the consistency and durability requirements for industrial fluid components.
