Manufacturing these thin-walled, long-span transparent parts requires strict control over injection flow balance and internal stress to maintain overall flatness, preventing warpage caused by uneven shrinkage that could compromise assembly fit. The transparent material demands zero tolerance for visual defects; therefore, mold cavities are finished to a mirror-like polish to eliminate weld lines, flow marks, and sink marks, ensuring uniform light transmission and flawless aesthetics. Additionally, the dimensional consistency of the internal dense ribs and slots directly determines the smoothness of component insertion and removal, necessitating precision molding to maintain stable tolerances for slot spacing.
