Sheet Metal Bent Junction Box Enclosure

A protective housing designed to accommodate electrical components or safeguard internal wiring, formed from metal sheets via CNC bending. These parts are commonly used in industrial automation distribution cabinets, low-voltage control boxes, or outdoor equipment interfaces. Side-mounted installation ears facilitate secure fixing to walls or within cabinets, while the internal cavity provides ample space for subsequent component layout.

The manufacturing process strictly controls bending coefficients and developed dimensions to ensure that perpendicularity and diagonal tolerances after multi-face folding meet assembly requirements. For the mounting holes shown, precision punching or laser cutting is performed prior to bending to guarantee hole spacing accuracy. Attention is also paid to the consistency of the inner corner radius (R-value) to prevent material cracking or aesthetic defects caused by stress concentration. Surface treatments typically involve powder coating or baking paint to provide corrosion protection and meet durability needs in industrial environments.

Leveraging our factory's existing CNC turret punch presses and bending equipment clusters, we efficiently complete blanking and forming processes for such box-type parts, ensuring dimensional stability in mass production. Combined with inspection methods such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we perform 100% inspection of key external dimensions and hole position tolerances. We support non-standard customization based on 2D/3D drawings, allowing adjustments to sheet thickness (e.g., cold-rolled steel, stainless steel) and surface protection schemes to meet diverse electrical protection rating requirements.
