The facility is equipped with over 30 precision stamping machines ranging from 16T to 300T, capable of processing various rolled and sheet materials with thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 4.5 mm. Suitable materials for stamping include cold-rolled steel, spring steel, stainless steel, phosphor bronze, brass, red copper, beryllium copper, and other specialized alloys.
Metal Sheet Section:
We have introduced multiple laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, and CNC sheet-cutting machines to undertake customized production of sheet metal components based on global customer specifications.
Model Section:
The company has introduced precision machining equipment including Mitsubishi slow-winding wire cutting machines from Japan, Taiwan-made precision medium/fast-winding wire cutting machines, precision machining centers, and precision grinding machines. It is capable of independently designing and manufacturing various high-difficulty, high-quality, and highly stable continuous stamping dies for metal parts. The die steel is manufactured from superhard, wear-resistant materials such as alloy steel, high-speed steel, and tungsten steel to ensure optimal service life and stability during stamping operations.
Spring and Wire Forming Plate:
The facility has introduced over 20 specialized machines, including multi-axis CNC wire forming machines, cam spring machines, multi-axis spring machines, spring end face grinding machines, and tempering furnaces, with a processing range for spring wire diameters spanning 0.5–10 mm. Custom manufacturing services are available for various types of wire springs and wire-type supports.

The facility has been equipped with various precision measurement instruments, including a 2.5-dimensional (probe-equipped) image measuring system, digital height gauges, wall thickness gauges, Sanfeng calipers, Sanfeng micrometers, salt spray testers, tensile testers, and Rockwell hardness testers.
