Process Capabilities We excel in turning, CNC milling, and 4-axis boring/milling technologies, with particular expertise in the precision manufacturing of complex structural components such as transmission differentials, clutch friction plate housings, and drive screws. Additionally, we offer die casting and precision casting capabilities, efficiently processing a wide range of metal materials including bearing steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper (brass, copper, bronze), and nickel alloys to meet diverse industrial requirements. Hardware & Equipment Our factory is equipped with 6 high-precision CNC lathes from renowned brands such as Japan's Tsugami, Mazak, and Shanghai Sigma, achieving machining accuracy up to 0.005mm. For quality control, we utilize Hexagon CMM (coordinate measuring machines) and Mitutoyo height gauges from Japan, ensuring precise end-to-end control from raw materials to finished products.
