Copper Alloy Precision Cast Valve Body

As a critical connection and diversion component in fluid piping systems, this three-way valve body features a symmetrical flange structure with standard mounting rabbets on both ends. The central cavity is designed for media flow or internal valve core assembly. Widely used in water treatment, HVAC, and industrial valve applications, these parts require smooth inner flow channels to minimize resistance and extremely high flatness on flange sealing surfaces to ensure leak-free connections.

The manufacturing process primarily utilizes silica sol investment casting to achieve near-net shaping, effectively ensuring uniform wall thickness in complex internal cavities and precise external contours. Post-casting, CNC precision machining is performed on flange faces, inner bores, and mating surfaces, with a focus on controlling the coaxiality of the end flanges and the surface roughness of the sealing areas. Given the properties of copper alloys, cutting parameters are optimized to prevent tool sticking, while deburring and polishing ensure the cleanliness of the flow channels.

Our factory boasts mature precision casting production lines and multi-axis CNC machining centers, equipped with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and spectral analyzers.
