Nanjing Dongkun Metals Co.,ltd Founded in 2004, DK metals is going collectivized now. As professional engineering company, DK metals provide our customers complete solution of engineering parts by own manufacturing and trading. DK has head office in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, China. We have 15,000 square meters production area in total in two locations. Casting facility — We have 10,000 square meters roofed area. Our processes are true investment casting, shell molding and resin sand casting. We can produce material like carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel and Monel etc. The biggest part that we can produce is 2.51bns. Machining facility — We have capability turning, milling, drilling, wire cutting, flame cutting, waterjet cutting and welding. Our facility is certified by Europe Railway authorization. We do machining for both iron, steel, aluminum, brass and other super alloys. Heavy industry division — DK metals have successfully served many customers in world for their heavy equipment requirement. We produce Girth gear, riding rings, rollers and slag pots etc. The biggest casting that we make is 60 Tons. Trading — DK metals have strong sales and engineering team that can provide customers services other than own manufacturing. We can provide our customers other casting requirements like die casting, forging, stamping, powder metallurgy and MIM etc. Quality is key value of us. DK has professional QA and QC team. With complete inspection equipments like CMMs, Spectrometers, microscope, hardness testers and dozens of other inspection tools, we can provide our customers quality products with great confidence.
