A disc-shaped structure featuring a central hub and radial blades, specifically designed for fluid transport or rotary transmission systems. As a core rotating component in pumps, fans, or hydraulic motors, these parts utilize blade geometry to guide media flow or transmit torque. Strict requirements are imposed on dynamic balance and the surface finish of flow channels.

The manufacturing process employs investment casting (lost-wax) with silica sol to achieve near-net shaping. Subsequently, CNC machining centers perform precision finishing on shaft holes, end faces, and mating surfaces to ensure coaxiality and dimensional tolerances meet assembly standards. Given the characteristics of copper alloys, special attention is paid to controlling shrinkage porosity defects during casting, while subsequent machining ensures the consistency of blade profiles and the flatness of mounting surfaces.
