Precision Cast Pump Casing Bracket

This irregularly shaped casing features a central cylinder and three-way radial flanges, typically serving as a transition connector or support base in fluid transport equipment. The central bore allows for shaft passage or media flow, while the three mounting lugs at the bottom are bolted to the base. Small-diameter ports on the side accommodate pressure sensors or auxiliary pipelines, resulting in a compact structure with uniform stress distribution.

These parts are primarily manufactured using silica sol investment casting to achieve near-net shaping, ensuring dimensional stability for complex internal cavities and thin-walled ribs. Subsequent CNC machining is applied to the flange sealing surfaces, shaft hole coaxiality, and threaded hole positions. Strict control over the flatness and perpendicularity of mounting surfaces prevents leakage or deformation caused by stress concentration after assembly.
