Featuring a high-gloss metallic finish, this rotating component consists of a central through-hole shaft surrounded by multiple spiral-shaped, streamlined blades. This typical centrifugal or mixed-flow impeller design is widely used in turbochargers, industrial fans, water pumps, and pneumatic conveying systems, where high-speed rotation generates pressure differentials to drive fluid media.

The complex geometry formed by the three-dimensional twisted surfaces of the blades and their connection to the hub demands precise toolpath planning and multi-axis联动 control. To ensure optimal hydrodynamic performance, strict control over blade profile tolerance, consistency of spacing between adjacent blades, and overall dynamic balance is essential to prevent vibration and noise during high-speed operation.

Leveraging our in-house 5-axis vertical CNC machining centers, we achieve single-setup machining for such irregular rotary parts, effectively ensuring positional accuracy between various surfaces. Combined with automated composite video measuring systems, we precisely control blade edge sharpness and critical dimensions, meeting the needs for small-batch, multi-variety non-standard customization.
