Sheet Metal Enclosure for Medical Equipment

Designed as an external protective and decorative unit for medical or precision analytical instruments, this component features a large-radius rectangular box design. The front panel includes a large window opening and a bottom drawer-style maintenance access port. The side panels feature a distinctive mint green finish, creating a visual contrast with the white main panel. This two-tone structure is commonly used in in vitro diagnostic equipment, laboratory analyzers, and high-end home medical terminals, aiming to reduce the clinical feel of the device through soft color coordination while providing physical shielding for internal precision optical paths or mechanical modules.

The main body is assembled from multiple metal sheets processed via CNC bending, welding, and surface treatment. Strict requirements are placed on the forming precision of the large R-angle arcs on the side panels and the flatness of the seams. The window area is covered with an acrylic or glass panel protected by a "CAST ACRYLIC SHEET" film, ensuring sealing and light transmission after installation. The slender slots at the bottom and circular holes on the sides involve multi-process positioning, requiring strict control of hole tolerances to ensure assembly consistency with internal brackets and wiring harness interfaces.

Our factory is equipped with 3-axis/5-axis CNC machining centers and engraving machines, enabling efficient milling of precise features such as internal ribs and mounting posts. This is combined with our sheet metal production line for the batch forming of complex curved side panels. For such cosmetic parts, we prioritize weld grinding and uniformity control of surface coatings (such as powder coating or baking paint). We utilize automated video measuring instruments for 100% inspection of key mounting positions, ensuring compliance with the dual standards of aesthetic quality and structural strength required by the home appliance and medical equipment industries.
