The part features a standard rectangular box shape, with flanged ears on both sides equipped with elongated slots for heat dissipation/cable routing and circular mounting holes. The bottom includes large cutout areas. Commonly used as protective housings for industrial control instruments, power modules, or sensor nodes, it provides physical support and environmental isolation for internal precision components.

The surface is covered with a uniform black matte coating, likely applied via powder coating or electrophoresis to enhance corrosion resistance and insulation properties. This finish effectively conceals machining marks and improves aesthetic quality. Structurally, the right-angle transitions between side walls and the base require strict consistency in bending angles or CNC milling perpendicularity. The hole distribution on the side mounting ears must be controlled within tight tolerances to ensure interchangeability during rack or panel assembly.
