This disc-shaped structure features lotus petal textures and a hollow grid support system, commonly used as the base component for high-end decorative ornaments, trophy stands, or art displays. The design integrates a central solid platform with peripheral radial relief details, enhancing visual tension through three-dimensional layering while ensuring stable support via curved feet at the base.

The part surface exhibits a uniform white matte finish. It is typically produced using SLA stereolithography for the master pattern, followed by small-batch replication via vacuum casting. The base material is ABS-like or polyurethane resin. Due to the multi-layered overlapping petals and diamond-shaped hollow grid at the bottom, strict requirements are placed on draft angle design and surface integrity after support removal to ensure clear fine textures without tearing or deformation.

Our factory is equipped with UnionTech SLA printers and Foxconn vacuum casting machines, capable of handling rapid prototyping and small-batch production tasks with complex aesthetic features. Machining precision is controlled within ±0.2mm. We utilize fully automatic composite video measuring instruments to verify key contour dimensions, effectively ensuring appearance consistency and assembly基准 stability across multiple replicas.
