This component features a disc structure with a central hub and radial ribs, combined with an external array of micro-perforations. It is commonly used as a flow guide in speaker enclosures, microphone windshields, or intake/exhaust ports for small fans. The dual internal and external flow path design optimizes flow uniformity and suppresses noise in specific frequency bands through internal rib support and external micro-filtering, while providing physical protection for internal acoustic or rotating units.

The part surface exhibits a uniform matte dark gray finish. The base material is likely engineered plastic via injection molding, or metal processed via powder metallurgy/die-casting with spray coating to balance lightweight properties and weather resistance. The dense micro-holes on the right-side component impose high requirements on mold venting or stamping waste removal processes, requiring strict control of burrs to prevent clogging. The radial reinforcing ribs and central counterbore on the left-side component require high coaxiality to ensure airflow symmetry and consistent acoustic performance after assembly.
