This component integrates precision hobbing with a multi-step journal structure, utilizing stepped surfaces of varying diameters for bearing positioning and gear meshing to ensure concentricity and smooth transmission under high-speed rotation.

The manufacturing process strictly controls gear accuracy and the positional tolerance of reference surfaces. CNC hobbing machines are used to ensure tooth direction and profile errors meet standards, while CNC cylindrical grinders perform finishing on key mating journals to satisfy stringent dimensional tolerances and surface roughness requirements. For such transmission parts, quenching and tempering or carburizing processes are typically applied to enhance core toughness and tooth surface wear resistance. Our factory possesses corresponding heat treatment capabilities and flaw detection equipment to effectively control internal material defects.
