This stepped, one-piece design is commonly used in power transmission systems to transmit torque and adjust speed through gear-worm meshing. It is widely compatible with applications such as garden machinery, small agricultural equipment, and automotive transmissions.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the lead accuracy of the worm helical surface and the tooth profile, while ensuring the coaxiality between the pitch circle of the top gear disc and the inner bore to prevent interference and noise during high-speed operation. For these ferrous transmission components, quenching and tempering or carburizing processes are typically applied to enhance core toughness and surface wear resistance, ensuring dimensional stability and fatigue life under heavy-load conditions.

Taizhou Dingzhen Cam possesses full-process precision manufacturing capabilities from blank to finished product. Equipped with CNC gear hobbing machines, gear honing machines, and high-precision cylindrical grinders, we strictly control tooth direction errors and surface roughness. The factory is IATF16949 certified and supports customized heat treatment using materials such as 40Cr and 20CrMnTi according to drawings. We provide material reports and hardness test data to meet the stringent requirements for batch delivery consistency in automotive parts and powertrain applications.
