CNC Machined Custom-Shaped Mounting Base Plate

A rectangular plate structure featuring large-area cutouts and a regular array of holes. It is designed with a central large irregular through-hole and multiple circular counterbored holes, while retaining solid connection areas at the edges. This component typically serves as a foundational mounting base or support frame in non-standard automation equipment, industrial robots, or precision tooling fixtures.

The part exhibits distinct metal cutting textures on its surface. High precision is required for flatness, hole spacing tolerances, and the perpendicularity of threaded holes. Controlling residual stress release after removing large amounts of material is critical to the machining process to prevent clamping deformation from affecting assembly accuracy. The fit dimensions between the bottom counterbored holes and the rear relief grooves directly impact the flatness of fastener installation, requiring strict control of unified datums across multiple machining processes.

Our factory is equipped with Shenzhen Fanuc vertical/horizontal machining centers and CNC gantry machining centers, achieving machining precision up to ±0.01mm. We efficiently perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations on such large-sized plates. Combined with inspection equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we can conduct full inspections of complex hole pattern positional tolerances.
