Long-span rectangular tubes are precisely aligned and fully welded to form a rigid skeleton, with large-diameter through-holes regularly distributed on the side walls for cable routing or component installation. Such large-scale frame structures often serve as core load-bearing bases in non-standard automated production lines, robot workstations, and logistics conveyor systems. Ensuring overall straightness and hole position consistency across multiple stations is critical to guarantee subsequent assembly precision.

The manufacturing process involves high-precision laser cutting of tubes and multi-angle splicing. Key quality control points include controlling weld penetration depth and correcting post-weld deformation. To address thermal deformation common in long components, we employ optimized welding sequences combined with fixture clamping, and perform aging treatment when necessary to release residual stress. The spacing tolerance of the side array holes directly impacts the interchangeability of modular components, requiring full-dimensional verification using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

Our factory is equipped with Shenzhen FANUC CNC gantry machining centers and multiple laser cutting machines, offering one-stop delivery capabilities from tube/plate cutting and bending to large structural welding and assembly. Utilizing Shanghai Dongsheng spot projection welders and professional spraying production lines, we undertake customized rack manufacturing in carbon steel or stainless steel. We support material selection and surface treatment customization (such as powder coating and galvanizing) based on 2D/3D drawings, meeting the dimensional stability and appearance consistency requirements for large-volume orders.
