These long-span metal truss structures are primarily designed to support heavy loads or serve as the supporting framework for large-scale automated production lines. By utilizing a triangular geometric combination of upper and lower chords with web members, the design reduces self-weight while ensuring overall rigidity. Flanged connection plates with holes are configured at both ends and sides, facilitating bolted or pin connections with other mechanical modules on-site. This makes them ideal for equipment bases or bridge supports that require strict straightness and high resistance to deformation.

The manufacturing process involves high-power laser cutting of thick plates and precise assembly of multi-section profiles. The core challenge lies in controlling thermal deformation after welding long-dimensional components, ensuring straightness tolerances across the entire length and the relative positional accuracy of installation holes. Equipped with CNC gantry machining centers and dual-machine linkage press brakes, our factory handles benchmark machining and forming of large-sized workpieces. Rigorous fixture design effectively suppresses dimensional deviations caused by the release of welding stresses.

For such non-standard customized structural components, we strictly enforce full-process control from material cutting and bevel preparation to multi-layer, multi-pass welding. Weld seams feature smooth appearances and pass internal flaw detection. Relying on Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and large granite platforms, we conduct segmented inspections and data traceability for flatness, parallelism, and key interface dimensions of ultra-long structures. This ensures delivered products meet assembly drawing requirements and adhere to stringent standards in industries such as chemical engineering, rail transit, and heavy machinery manufacturing.
