Flange Mounting Plate

A rectangular metal plate featuring a large-diameter central through-hole and regularly distributed mounting holes around the perimeter. It is commonly used as a base component for bearing support, valve body connection, or sensor fixation in chemical equipment, fluid pipelines, or automated production lines. The central hole allows for the passage and positioning of shafts or pipelines, while the peripheral holes provide rigid connection to frames or panels, ensuring stability during operation.

These parts have strict requirements for positional tolerance of the hole pattern and flatness of the plate surface to ensure concentricity of interfaces and prevent twisting deformation after assembly. During machining, key controls include the flatness of reference surfaces and the perpendicularity of threaded/blind holes to prevent slight warping caused by clamping stress release, which could affect sealing or fitting precision. The surface typically retains machining textures or undergoes slight deburring to meet durability requirements in industrial environments.

Our factory is equipped with Shenzhen Fanuc vertical/horizontal machining centers and CNC gantry machining centers, achieving a machining precision of ±0.01mm. We efficiently perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations on such plates. Combined with inspection equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), we conduct full inspection of complex hole pattern positions to ensure consistency in batch deliveries. We support customization based on 2D/3D drawings using materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy, meeting flexible needs from single-piece prototyping to mass production.
