CNC Milled Heat Dissipation Base Plate

Designed as a bottom support and thermal management component for precision electronic equipment or automation control units, this part features an array of cooling fins to maximize surface area and facilitate heat dissipation from internal components. The center includes two rectangular mounting windows for integrating sensors, connectors, or power modules, while the surrounding patterned holes allow for rigid fixation to the chassis or guide rails.

The surface retains visible machining marks, indicating it is milled from a solid metal billet. This structure demands strict tolerances for bottom flatness and hole position accuracy to ensure tight contact with mating surfaces, optimizing thermal conductivity and preventing stress-induced deformation that could affect levelness. The diagonal textured areas on the side wings may meet specific friction coefficient requirements or aesthetic needs.

Equipped with Shenzhen Fanuc vertical/horizontal machining centers and CNC gantry machining centers, our factory achieves machining precision up to ±0.01mm. We efficiently handle multi-face milling, deep cavity machining, and high-precision drilling for large-sized plates.
