As a core transition component in fluid transmission or mechanical drive systems, this part features a multi-stage shaft design combined with orthogonal flanges. The top is equipped with a four-hole mounting flange for fixed support, the middle cylindrical section provides axial positioning and guidance, and the bottom utilizes a large-aperture ring structure with lateral extension lugs to meet the docking requirements of complex pipelines or bearing housings.

For such irregular structures with integrated multi-features, the machining focus lies in ensuring the parallelism between various flange surfaces and the coaxiality of the central inner hole. Positional tolerances must be strictly controlled in the rigid area where the lateral angled nozzle connects to the main body to prevent assembly interference. Additionally, large-area metal cutting surfaces must maintain uniform tool mark consistency to ensure appearance quality meets the standards for precision equipment.
